Tour Policies

Tours Include:
All safety gear, snacks, beverages and ecology narratives.

Restrictions/Requirements:
Minimum Age: 9 Weight Limit: 70 – 250 lbs.
No pregnancies or heart conditions. No neck, back, hip, knee, ankle or foot injuries or conditions. Guests must be in decent physical condition and possess some upper body strength. You must have the ability to run up ramps at the end of every zipline, cross canopy suspension bridges and ascend a 35 foot ladder climb.

Wear/Bring:
Closed toed shoes required (tennis shoe or light hiker). No water shoes or Crocs are allowed as they are not supportive enough. Long shorts or pants required. Tie long hair back. No dangly jewelry. No sharp objects in pockets. Bring rain gear in wet weather. Bring a small camera; Camera lenses over 6 inches long are not allowed on tour. No long GoPro selfie sticks.

Cancellation Policy:
48 hours. Tours cancelled within the Just Live! cancellation policy will be charged full price.

Policies and Disclaimers:
*All Just Live! tour participants and observers are required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to tour participation.

*Just Live! customer service reps (CSR) thoroughly go over and inform the individual booking the tour of all tour restrictions/requirements before you make your reservation; when booking direct with Just Live! by phone. The individual booking the tour is asked by our CSR to confirm that everyone in the party meets all tour restrictions/requirements. If the confirmation is that everyone in the party meets all tour restrictions/requirements the reservation is then made and saved. If an individual books a Just Live! Zipline Tour through our website they must confirm that everyone is within our tour restrictions/requirements while making the online reservation.

*Guests who do not meet any or all of the restrictions/requirements listed above, at time of check-in, will not be allowed to participate in tour and may be charged full price as this is a tour seat that could have been sold.

*There are no refunds for guests that ‘back out’ at time of tour.

*Tours cancelled within the Just Live! cancellation policy will be charged full price.

*If you need to cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy for a medical reason, Just Live! is happy to waive the cancellation policy with a note from a medical physician excusing you from your tour.

*Just Live! has the right to refuse service due to safety and/or health conditions.

*Just Live! has the right to evacuate a tour guest if we feel their behavior is putting them self and/or others at risk. NO refund will be issued under these circumstances.

*All tours operate rain or shine. Just Live! reserves the right to cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions with a full refund. There is no refund if the tour is operating and guest cancels due to weather.

*Guests who choose to book a Just Live! Zipline Tour with an outside activity agent or company not affiliated with Just Live! must be aware that Just Live, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate tour information given to guests while making their reservation. In these situations, any problems, issues or inaccuracies with the booking or tour must be handled directly between the guest and outside activity agent. In situations where a refund is requested, these guests must deal directly with their outside booking agent.
